Module 1 – The Journey Begins
An overview of health and wellbeing and its importance.
Understand why women become unbalanced and how practicing balance through self-care is not an indulgence but a necessity.
Adopt health and wellness strategies.

- Empowerment and Self-Efficacy: Understanding and implementing health and wellness strategies can empower women to take control of their own health and wellbeing. This sense of empowerment can lead to greater confidence, autonomy, and self-efficacy in managing all aspects of their lives.
Module 2 – Get Set For Success
Identify your values and explore where your values are being met and where there are gaps.
Test your balance by examining your life wheel. Learn the art of SMART GOAL Setting.

Module 3 – Balance Assessment
Recognise your unique skills and strengths.
Identify what is zapping your energy.
Determine what practical self-care measures you need to take.
Identify how comfortable you are sitting. Too comfortable to move or moving too much?

- A prioritisation of self-care actions.
- Increased self-awareness.
- Improved productivity and focus.
Module 4 – Setting Boundaries
Understand your beliefs around saying NO and the impact of not saying no more often.
Increase your assertiveness.
Key Outcomes
- Greater self confidence.
- Preserved energy for tasks more aligned with your goals.
- Stress reduction. Saying yes to too many commitments can lead to overwhelm and burnout. Learning to say ‘no’ frees up your time and energy for activities that are truly important to you, reducing stress and promoting overall wellbeing.
Module 5 – Letting Go
Explore what, and why, you are hanging onto things which are holding you back.

- Forgiveness for oneself and others.
- Letting go of past regrets or resentments with movement towards healing and growth.
Module 6 – Staying Calm and Balanced
Ensure a health and wellbeing mindset is in place to utilise all of the tools you have learned and to use then to help your flourish.

- Enhanced Emotional Regulation: staying calm enables you to manage your emotions more effectively. You’re less likely to react impulsively or become overly reactive in stressful situations, leading to greater emotional stability and resilience.

- Enhanced Creativity and Innovation: a calm and balanced mind is more conducive to creativity and innovation. You will be able to think outside the box, generate new ideas, and approach problems from fresh perspectives, leading to innovative solutions and breakthroughs.

What is the cost of the program?
The cost of the program is $1,850 AUD.
How is the program delivered? Face to face, over the phone, virtually?
The program can be delivered to the client’s preference. Due to time pressures some clients opt for virtual sessions while other clients like the experience of meeting face to face. The sessions can be mixed up and consist of both face to face and virtual. We will work with you to ensure the sessions are conducted in a way most comfortable for you.
How long are the sessions?
The sessions are 60 mins in length.
How frequent are the sessions?
The sessions are weekly.
Am I required to do any work between the sessions?
Yes! The best insight creation occurs when you allocate time for assigned activities and reflection between the sessions.
How many sessions are there?
There are 8 sessions in the program.
How much time should be allowed each week for this program?
To make the most of this program you should be investing 2-3 hours a week (this includes the sessions and your reflection work)
What do I need to bring to the sessions?
Just bring a pen and an open mind
