My life has changed completely. I now have a clear direction with set values and goals.

Before completing the Balance Program with Jo I used to have this concept of “I had to work hard”. What is the cost of the program?
The cost of the program is AUD1,500.
How is the program delivered? Face to face, over the phone, virtually?
The program can be delivered to the client’s preference. Due to time pressures some clients opt for virtual sessions while other clients like the experience of meeting face to face. The sessions can be mixed up and consist of both face to face and virtual. We will work with you to ensure the sessions are conducted in a way most comfortable for you.
How long are the sessions?
The sessions are 60 mins in length.
How frequent are the sessions?
The sessions are weekly.
Am I required to do any work between the sessions?
Yes! The best insight creation occurs when you allocate time for assigned activities and reflection between the sessions.
